Earl grew up in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Southwest Ohio to attend the University of Cincinnati, where he studied Business Economics. He has since earned certificates related to life insurance, User Experience, Cybersecurity, and IT Support. His professional background includes insurance operations, customer service, and work as a UX designer - experience that has shaped his client-focused and solutions-driven approach.
Earl joined Stearns Financial Group in April 2025. In his role, he oversees the implementation and delivery of executive benefit solutions and manages service requests to ensure a seamless experience and high client satisfaction.
He lives in Cincinnati but frequently travels back to Columbus to spend time with his two goddaughters and his niece. Outside of work, Earl enjoys cycling, working out, and traveling with family and friends.
